Quiet sunny country house on a hillside with good access. The elevated hillside creates a clear view from the Hochkönig in the east to the ski area in the west. Likewise, a clear view of the Saalfelden basin. The premises have access to the west terrace with open fireplace and an access to the east garden terrace in the basement. The house can be rented as a larger house apartment (about 120 square meters) and a smaller garden apartment (about 80 square meters). You will find more detailed information in the homepage. The garden apartment offers a sauna with solarium. The house is south-facing and through various balconies or terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day.
