Hour house is surrounded by our beautiful nature in the mountains Nockberge. It is an ideal place to relax and gather strength, with your family or friends. Our house, a paradise for children or people who love animals, is located about 50 meters from the ski lift and 100 meters from the cable car “Nationalparkbahn Brunnach” on a south-facing meadow with a beautiful overlooking all of St. Oswald. We offer access to our house, natural garden, enclosed by trees and a small stream. 100-150 m² living space, beautifully kitchen equipped with all appliances, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and views of the ski slopes of St. Oswald. 2 bathrooms, 2 doubles rooms and 2 triple rooms, heated ski room, balcony. Bed and table linen, towels are included. Additional costs for tax and cleaning In summer our house is the starting point for many hiking trips and in winter you can start skiing and sledding directly from our house. The ski school “Wulschnig” makes daily ski lessons for children and adults. Our house is ideal for families with children - from 2 to 9 people - to rent all year - pets are wellcome! Location: On the sunny plateau of St. Oswald – Bad Kleinkirchheim, directly next to the ski lift and the Wulschnig Ski School, at the foot of the Biosphere Park Brunnach, on the edge of the forest. Access: 6 km paved access from Bad Kleinkirchheim, parking directly at the Almhaus. Facilities: Very cozy, fully furnished, child-friendly Almhaus suitable for both couples and groups of up to 9 people. Fresh from the faucet: our own spring water, large living kitchen, open living room with a wood stove and satellite TV, washing machine and dryer, central heating, balcony, fenced garden with seating in all directions, 1 storage room, and a heated ski room on the ground floor.
