Our farm hous is situated on the south side of Bad Kleinkirchheim - only 2 Minutes by car away from the thermal bath „Römerbad“ and the cable car „Kaiserburg“. 1 comfortable apartment - with two sleeping rooms,a living room , kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilett,hardryer, radio and cable TV. During your stay in summer time you can walk-in on our hiking trail from Bad Kleinkirchheim which is very close to our house. During winter season you will reach the cross country trail only 3 minutes away from our house. The bus stop is situated just 250 meters away from our farm house! On request you can order fresh rolles every morning. per stay we charge €70,- for the final cleaning
