Our farm hous is situated on the south side of Bad Kleinkirchheim - only 2 Minutes by car away from the thermal bath „Römerbad“ and the cable car „Kaiserburg“.
1 comfortable apartment - with two sleeping rooms,a living room , kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilett,hardryer, radio and cable TV. During your stay in summer time you can walk-in on our hiking trail from Bad Kleinkirchheim which is very close to our house. During winter season you will reach the cross country trail only 3 minutes away from our house. The bus stop is situated just 250 meters away from our farm house!

On request you can order fresh rolles every morning.
