Our house, run by an Austrian-Irish couple, was built in typical Carinthian style in a beautiful, quiet and sunny south facing location. The apartments have been decorated to ensure your stay is very comfortable while maintaining the rustical style of the area. All apartments have either a south-facing balcony or a garden terrace. There is numerous private parking spaces available. In addition, all apartments have free WLAN internet access. The Sonnwiesen double seat lift, which connects to the Nockalm and all other ski-lifts in the area, is situated only 150m from the house, so you will need no car to hit the slopes. Our house is also a convenient starting point for wonderful hikes, the best mountainbike trails, tennis, squash, horse-riding, golf, thermal spas and many more holiday activities. Although almost everything is in walking distance, the bus-stop for the free shuttle bus which travels around the whole area is extremely close-by. During the Summer months all our guest will get the famous Carinthia Card for free! With this card you will get - among 100+ other goodies - a FREE daily ascent with the BKK Cable Cars. You will always find the latest news and seasonal impressions on our Instagram feed as well.  All prices are in EURO, apply per day and per apartment and include the provision of laundry i.e sheets, towels etc. The local city tax is € 2.70 per person per night. A fee of €65 - €80 (depending on the size) will be charged for the final cleaning of the apartment. During the Winter season electricity will be calculated at 33 cent per kilowatt consumed to be paid on departure. Late arrivals or early departures (unless otherwise agreed upon) will be charged according to the original booking. For the comfort of all our guests we would like to advise that pets of any kind are not permitted. All our apartements are non-smoking apartments.
