Villa Silvery Moon is located in a quiet bay, 2 m from the sea and only 3 km from the small towns of Selca and Sumartin on the island of Brac. Villa Silvery Moon spreads over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor. It has five bedrooms and can accommodate 11 + 2 people. This villa can offer you full vacation experience with its infinity pool, hot tub, spa room with a gym and a sauna, wine room and entertainment room. Villa Silvery Moon is located right next to the sea and has several terraces. It is close to the pebble beach and have access to the private mooring for boats uo to 15 m. On the terrace right next to the sea there are loungers and garden swings. Few stone stairs up and you will come to the main terrace.There you will find an infinity pool, outdoor living area and outdoor dining table. In this spacious outdoor area, there is also a grill where you can prepare various delicious meals. All outdoor area of Villa Silvery Moon is surrounded with Mediterranean plant and pine trees and with its perfect views of quiet bay and nature it is real vacation oasis. From the main terrace, you are entering the ground floor of the villa.There is modern living room, two fully equipped kitchens, private wine cellar and a toilet. From the living area, there is an entrance to the spa room with a gym, sauna and an additional bathroom. On this floor, there is a laundry room. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All rooms have exit to the terrace with magnificent view, and two of those have exit to the south terrace with a hot tub. On the same floor, there is an additional entertainment room with two TVs, football table and a sofa. On the second floor,there is a spacious lobby with a seating furniture and two others comfortable bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have an exit to the terrace with an amazing sea view and sitting furniture. From this floor you can exit to the the private parking. Covid testing in the villa We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by an e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests and takes it for the testing. The test result is available within 24 - 48 hours, depending on the client's needs and delivered to the client by email. Covid cleaning protocol The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday. The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows: • Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa • The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa • Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries • Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C • The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces • The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents • Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds • After putting the clean bed linens, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected and the completely cleaned villa is ready for new guests • Cleaning agents that are used are containing some of the following active substances: Sodium hypochlorite (0.05 - 0.5%), Ethanol (70%), Glutaraldehyde (2%), Isopropanol (50%), Benzalkonium chloride (0.05%), Sodium chlorite (0.23%).
