Rustic renovated cottage in a sunny location with a view of the valley end of the Großarltal. The 400-year-old farmhouse features a spacious kitchen with living area and tiled stove. The cottage is heated with a central heating system. Steam sauna with private shower on the ground floor. The village of Hüttschlag is 4.5 km away, where there is a small grocery store and a bank. Großarl is 14 km away. Right next door is the Aschaustüberl with good cuisine and cozy cottage evenings. In front of the cottage, there is a well-equipped children's playground with a large sandpit with a roof, a zip line, go-karts, pedal vehicles, and even bicycles are available, so fun and relaxation for young and old. In winter: Only 20 minutes by car or free ski bus to the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area with over 80 kilometers of slopes for all kinds of alpine skiing or snowboarding fun and state-of-the-art lift facilities. The ski bus stop is 100 m from the cottage. The cross-country ski trail runs right past the front door. In summer: Numerous hiking opportunities and mountain biking tours, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, and mini-golf in Großarl, fishing, and fly fishing.
