The holiday house is located less than 100 m from the next lift. This estate is a loose row of free standing chalets in the lower part of Königsleiten close to the Eberharter`s Almdorflift. From here skiers start directly into the ski region Königsleiten via the Almdorf lift. Then they change into the alpine trains when they have reached the top. These trains take them higher up where the full beauty of the winter sport region of the Zillertal Arena opens up. Here skiers and snowboarders will have the choice between 139 km of ski pistes.
