Winklerhütte

Our alpine hut is located in the scenic protection area "Vorderes Pöllatal" in Rennweg am Katschberg and is a cozy and comfortable self-catering hut for families or groups seeking relaxation, accommodating up to 8 people. The hut was lovingly built from our own larch wood at an altitude of 1700 m in log cabin style. As it was back then, traditional alpine farming is still practiced around the hut today. The meadows are mowed once and the pastures belong to the cattle during the summer months.   Leave your everyday stress behind and enjoy the tranquility in the mountains while the children splash in the fresh spring water of the hut's well, linger in the play hut, or even embark on an exploration of nature. Bringing pets is not possible. Rental period: May to October We would be pleased to welcome you at the Winkler hut!
