A guarantee deposit of EUR 200 per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be paid by cheque or credit card.

Reception opening times from 13/12/2015 to 01/05/2016:
Monday to Friday: 09:00-12:00 and 16:00-22:00
Weekends: Friday 16:00 to Monday 12:00

The price includes accommodation, bed linen and a TV.

Beds made upon arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an extra cost.

Please note that for short stays (1 to 6 nights) the cleaning service at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and washing up) is also included.

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If the room is not occupied afterwards, check-out is possible until 17:00.

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
