Our student residence was opened in 2012. All apartmens are 36sqm, moderen furnished and offer 2 bedrooms (can also be used as living room), entrance room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Minimum stay 3 nights Price includes internet (LAN only - no WIFI) and parking bay Use of sauna and fitness room Laundry on site, additonal costs Children under 6 years are free of charge, only bedding and towls will be charged no cot for babies available Deposit fee of EUR 100,00 per apartment on check in (cash only) Cleaning fee on departure EUR 60,00 per apartment Bedding and towls EUR 9,00 per person (note: changing of bedding compulsory from day 8)
