Our lovely appartment Rosa in Patergassen, has a great view of the mountains. The flat has 2 bedrooms, free WIFI, a kitchen, a living room, fine rain shower, ski boot dryer, private garage with room for a car plus bikes and plenty of parking space outside. The village of Patergassen is located next to Bad Kleinkirchheim. Near the flat you can enjoy fantastic skiing (Bad Kleinkirchheim with more than 100 km of slopes, Hochrindl, Heidi Alm or Turracher Höhe), hiking, cycling and swimming in the lakes or thermal baths. The Bad Kleinkirchheim golf course is 3 minutes from our flat. The nearest airports are Klagenfurt, Salzburg and Ljubljana. There is a bakery in the village and you can walk to the supermarket in 800 metres. In the apartmentbuilding, besides the garage, there is also a room where skis or snowboard can be stored. Around the appartmentbuilding is a beautiful garden and directly behind the building starts a trail for a nice walk in the area. No smoking Pets not allowed The appartment will be checked for damage after departure. If any damage is done, it will be charged.
