The apartment is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden. There are 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and in the 2nd bedroom there is a 1.40 m wide sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and corner bath and the toilet is separate. The modern kitchen-cum-living room has a tassimo and a filter coffee machine, microwave, Sat/Flat TV, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, radio, dining table for 4 persons, a couch. W-lan free of charge. A ball grill is at your disposal for use. The private lake access with sunbathing lawn and footbridge can be reached within 3 minutes. On request you can get a high chair, a travel cot, a buggy and potty for your child.
