Dreamy Wooden House on Hochrindl – Perfect for Every Season Welcome to our cozy wooden house, newly built in December 2019, in a quiet forest location on Hochrindl at 1600 m above sea level. The house is located directly in the ski and hiking area and offers ideal conditions for relaxation and activity at any time of the year. Location and Surroundings Winter: Direct access to the family ski area Hochrindl – just 150 m to the Kruckenlift! Other larger ski areas such as Turracher Höhe or Bad Kleinkirchheim are reachable by car in about 15 minutes. Summer: Numerous swimming lakes such as Goggausee, Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, and Wörther See are nearby. Mountain bikers will find a trail at Turracher Höhe (about 20 minutes away), and golfers can enjoy the courses in Bad Kleinkirchheim or Feldkirchen (approximately 15 minutes drive). House Amenities The freestanding wooden house accommodates 8-10 people and features: 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds 1 with 2 pull-out single beds (ideal for up to 4 children) 2 daylight bathrooms with floor heating Fully equipped kitchen for 10 people Open living area with wood stove and additional electric heating (electric panels in all rooms) Washing machine and dryer for free use Entertainment: 2 TVs, PS3 game console, board games Outdoor Area Barrel sauna in the garden with 2 sauna loungers Children's swing for our little guests Seating for 8 people Veranda with electric grill, sun umbrella, and deck chairs Special Features Bedding and towels can be brought or added for booking. The access road is passable by car year-round. In winter, off-road is recommended, otherwise snow chains are advised. In summer, enjoy the serenity accompanied by cowbells in the surroundings, while in winter, you can ski directly from the house to the slopes. Whether you want to ski, hike, swim, or simply relax – our house is the perfect starting point for your vacation. Wi-Fi in the house free of charge, sauna use free of charge, parking directly at the house free of charge (in winter possibly snow chains are advantageous), the house must be left swept clean, no fireworks and no open fire allowed. Strict smoking ban in the house. The house may not be entered with street shoes. Additional costs which are settled on site in cash with the administrator on departure: 1. Electricity according to consumption 0.35 € per KwH (to be charged on site on departure) 2. Bed linen / towels per person 15, - € only on request (inform us at the time of booking)
