The villa has a private entrance, a garden and an outdoor swimming pool. In the basement there is a sauna for 5 people, a shower and a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a games room with a large TV, a billiard table and a darts. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster.
