The holiday house Sunnalm 177 is part of the Königsleiten estate "Dorf im Dorf". From here you have quick access to the ski region of the Zillertal Arena. After about 200 m guests of the chalet reach the valley station of the Eberharter`s Almdorf lift. This lift crosses the distance up to the alpine trains very swiftly and comfortably. After this short warm up exercise the change-over into the alpine trains 1 and 2 and ascend to the wonderful alpine ski area are no problems. If you prefer your mornings to be a bit less demanding then you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and the pretty balcony. After a delightful breakfast you can start your ski day relaxed and strengthened. For smaller break in between you will find a whole range of snack huts and mountain restaurants in the linked ski regions of Königsleiten, Gerlos, Gerlosplatte and Zell am Ziller.
