Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), luxurious bathroom with bathtub & shower, plus a separate guest WC. Your hosts, Daniela & Tom For Booking: We are not personally on-site, and you can check in completely flexibly & independently with our digital door lock. The final price includes all local taxes as well as the final cleaning fee of the apartment. You are welcome to request an interim cleaning or a laundry change for a small additional fee at a convenient time. Tourist Tax & Guest Registration in Advance: The local tourist tax is not included in the final price and will need to be billed separately. Please pay this before your arrival. You will receive the information in good time. Since we are not personally on-site, you will need to completely fill out the guest registration online for all accompanying travelers before arrival. You will receive the information in good time. (We are legally required in Austria to register our guests with the municipality.)  Check-in Information (including code): As soon as we have received the deposit, the tourist taxes, and the personal data for guest registration of all accompanying travelers, you will receive all further important information for your check-in at least 2 days before arrival. This will also include the 6-digit code for the digital door lock on-site. Contact & 24/7 Support: During your stay, we are always reachable via WhatsApp/E-mail or also by phone and are happy to help with questions & concerns. We want to ensure that your holiday with us is as pleasant as possible! Cancellation Policy & Deposit: We offer our guests a free cancellation policy up to 2 weeks before arrival. If we can no longer re-rent the apartment, we will charge 100% thereafter. A deposit of at least 20% is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining payment is due by the day of arrival. Miscellaneous: A basic supply of coffee capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) is available for the first 1-2 days. You can purchase more at the nearby supermarket. Various types of tea, salt, pepper, sugar & cooking oil are available. Bedding and towels are, of course, provided. Shampoo, shower gel, and soap are also available. Fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV in all living and sleeping areas are available. The use of the washing machine and dryer is free of charge (clothes rack available). Free parking available for 3 cars. A separate ski cellar & laundry room is available. Pets are not permitted. Any parties and events are not allowed!
