In this house, with its uniquely mountain-style architecture – "a bit like before" - fully equipped and practical layout, everyone who wants to experience their connection to nature will find all the conditions for relaxation and enjoyment in a mountain house with a special rustic charm. Our house motto: “We can do a lot - we do everything that is possible - we just take the weather as it is and as it comes” On the 711 m² property at 1800 m height on the Falkert (2308 m), on the edge of the Nockberge Nature Reserve in Carinthia, Austria, not far from Lake Millstatt, near Bad Kleinkirchheim, stands the mountain house made of solid spruce logs. The holiday home is entirely built of wood. The only stones used are for the chimney and fire protection at the stove. In the 1 ½-story house, there is space for up to nine people on 90 m² of living space - very suitable for use by, for example, two friendly families. For relaxation, the home sun with the natural light spectrum of the sun (no tanning bed) and the sauna (bio and Finnish) with panoramic views into the valley invite you. Within a radius of 50 m to 500 m, you can enjoy hospitality in hotels, in a restaurant, and in several gastronomies and huts in the Falkert Lake region. Shopping opportunities in the valley, in the village of Patergassen (discounter, bakery, butcher) In winter, the Falkert stands out with an individual ski area - 500 m from the mountain house!: Alpine skiing, ice skating, and tobogganing on and at the Falkert Lake, cross-country skiing on the high trail, ski school, children's park. Especially in summer, acquiring the Carinthia Card is recommended. Many tourist attractions and facilities in the vicinity can be used free of charge or at least at a reduced rate: Heidi Alm Adventure Park with the characters of Heidi and Peter, reptile zoo, mountain lifts, boat trips, Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim, and much more. Terms and Conditions (T&C) 1. OFFER The offer includes the rental period, rental price, fixed ancillary costs, unit prices of consumption-dependent ancillary costs (water and electricity), and the T&C. Prices are stated including statutory VAT. 2. BOOKING The booking confirmation associated with the acceptance of the offer, along with payment conditions and bank details, will be provided. The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit. By paying the deposit, it is confirmed that the T&C and house rules have been read and accepted. 3. PAYMENTS A deposit of 20% of the rental price is due 14 days after the issuance of the booking confirmation. The remaining payment is due 21 days before the rental period begins. Consumption-dependent ancillary costs are to be paid in cash to the property management upon departure. After receipt of the remaining payment, the contact details of the local property management will be provided. 4. CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, the full rental price is due. In case of re-rental during the canceled period, the paid rental price will be refunded minus €100.00 processing and administrative fees. Payments for ancillary costs will be refunded at 100%.
