This exceptional chalet consists of 4 levels all served by an elevator. LEVEL 4 - Ski Room - Elevator/stairs (serving all floors) LEVEL 3 - Double living room - Access to the terrace with a view of the Olympic slope of Bellevarde - Fireplace - Family kitchen and chef's kitchen LEVEL 2 - Wellness area (heated indoor pool, raised massage bench, Hammam, relaxation area...) - 2 master suites with terraces LEVEL 1 - 2 master suites, one of which also has a terrace - Office space LEVEL 0 Family room consisting of: - 1 bedroom with separable double bed, bathroom - 1 dormitory with 2 bunk beds, shower room - Access to the dormitory is through the bedroom - A Home cinema room - This floor is illuminated by a skylight. VARIOUS - 2 reserved covered parking spaces, located at the foot of the La Face residence, 300m from the chalet.
