Location of accommodation Situated on the sunny hill of Bad Gastein, Pension St Leonhard is just a 2-minute walk from the railway station and the thermal bath Felsentherme Bad Gastein. The Stubnerkogel cable car, the gateway to a multitude of outdoor activities, is within 4 minutes walking distance. Description Pension St Leonhard has 15 double and 2 single rooms equipped with shower/WC. Each room has access to a balcony or terrace from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the wonderful scenery. Cable TV and telephone are also part of the functional and practical furnishings of the bright rooms. The rooms provide plenty of room for stowing your gear as well as space for convivial gatherings. Guests are cordially invited to use our small wellness area with sauna and infrared cabine free of charge. In the morning, guests will be welcomed with a sumptuous buffet in the breakfast room until 10 a.m. Winter in Gastein The Stubnerkogel cable car is located within 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to one of Gastein’s four large ski areas in no time at all. The Stubnerkogel-Angertal-Schlossalm ski area offers a wide range of winter sports activities: snowpark, funslope or freeride – there is something for everyone to enjoy. Summer in Gastein Bad Gastein offers a special highlight for hiking enthusiasts: The “rock trail” which has been designed as a loop trail, has its starting point approx. 400 metres from the mountain station of the Stubnerkogel cable car. The trail leads through steep, but safe rocky terrain, and once you have reached the "Glocknerblick" viewing platform you  will be rewarded with spectacular views.
