Family-run with heart: a warm "Hello" from the Alpenpension Gastein Location of the accommodation The Alpenpension Gastein is located at the valley floor of Bad Gastein in the district of Badbruck and offers an ideal starting point for hikes and walks of all kinds. Near the pension, beautiful promenades stretch out as well as the Gastein Waterfall Path, which leads along the waterfall to the center of Bad Gastein. Description The rooms at our Alpenpension Gastein are all bright and friendly, furnished with traditional solid wood furniture and accommodate up to 4 people. Available are double rooms with balcony and mountain view with a double bed and a size of about 21m² for up to 2 persons, as well as large double rooms with balcony, some with mountain view, sized 25-32m² for 2 to 4 persons and our family rooms with a size of 35m² for up to 4 guests. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, safe, sofa, a bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a private balcony, you will feel right at home with us. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet awaits you, energizing you for the activities ahead. After your activities, you can relax in the new cedar sauna and the infrared cabin in the house. Winter in Gastein In just a short walking distance, you can reach the ski and city bus stop, where buses regularly take you to the ski areas of Schlossalm in Bad Hofgastein as well as to Stubnerkogel in Bad Gastein during the winter. Both Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein offer well-prepared slopes where you can enjoy fun skiing days. Summer in Gastein Directly from the Alpenpension Gastein, hiking trails lead you from Poserhöhe to Gamskarkogel. As an alternative to hiking, there is an 18-hole golf course just 500m away, where you can train your handicap amidst a wonderful mountain backdrop. Equestrians will also find plenty to enjoy in Bad Gastein: The local riding club, which offers many different activities, is just a 3-minute walk away. We are well-equipped for cyclists and bikers with a locked room and conveniently located near many mountain biking trails and the Alpe Adria Cycling Path.
