In the heart of Hrvatsko Zagorje mountain region lies Terme Tuhelj Hotel Well, a modern spa hotel, perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a business trip. As Terme Tuhelj Hotel Well is near a spring of thermal water, it offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and steam baths. The hotel is located only 40 km from Zagreb.

Hotel Well offers modern and comfortable rooms and suites. All the rooms are distributed among 6 buildings, which are connected via closed corridors. The rooms are air-conditioned and feature a satellite TV and bathrobes. WiFi is accessible everywhere.

Terme Tuhelj offers many restaurants and bars providing authentic culinary specialties and cuisine from Croatia and around the world, where you can find restaurants that offer meals buffet style or à la carte. Healthy snacks and drinks can be enjoyed by the pools or in the wellness bar.

Relax your body and mind at Terme Tuhelj Wellness & Spa. All Terme Tuhelj facilities are connected through heated underground corridors, making it easy to explore right in your bathrobe. The Sauna World offers 4 Finnish, 3 steam saunas and a laconium, while every single one of them has a unique story. Afterwards, you can relax in 4 rest rooms. There is a Spaevita Center of care and beauty also. In its 11 cabins, enjoy a wide choice of different treatments. Our speciality are treatments with therapeutic mineral mud of Terme Tuhelj, which has particularly effective therapeutic effects.

Enjoy pure spring thermal water at two connected spring water pools that are located at the very source of the healing thermal water. When you want to have fun, go to our Water planet, where you can find indoor and outdoor pools with waves, geysers and waterfalls as well as fast rivers and adrenaline slides. For guests of the hotel, use of the swimming pools as well as the fitness studio is free of charge.

Apart from swimming and relaxing, you can also spend time at the gym, join the guided hiking tours, morning gymnastics, wine tasting sessions in the Mihanovic Castle and various workshops. If you wish to play some sports, you can play tennis or table tennis, or rent a bike and explore the surroundings.

Your kids are going to love Terme Tuhelj. The space with slides and sprinklers was created for children from 4 to 10 years of age, and for the youngest children and those still in diapers, there is a shallow pool with a small slide, water cannons and animal-shaped sprinklers. When they are not in water, they can play at the playground or have fun with our animation team.

Hotel Well offers free parking. Pets are allowed with additional payment.


Dear guests,

the facility is currently undergoing works on the reconstruction of the western part of the resort,
which includes:
• general entrance reception to the Water Planet, Sauna World and SPAeVITA Center
for external visitors
• reconstruction of the kitchen and restaurant Element Bar for external guests and
hotel guests
• outdoor sanitary facilities
• new square with a fountain and promenade and green roofs with various green
meadows

All facilities (Water Planet, Sauna World, SPAeVITA Center) as well as the restaurant within the
indoor pools operate smoothly, but due to the nature of the works, partial disturbances are
possible. The Element Bar as part of the pools operates in a different location for pool users only.
Reconstruction works are planned on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 and include potential
disturbance for guests staying in the first building of the Classic part.
From 05.05. to 15.09.2024, a complete reconstruction of the indoor pool and wellness area begins,

which will include:
• reconstruction of indoor pools with additional relaxation zones (Inner Water Planet)
• construction of photovoltaic panels on the pool roof (Inner Water Planet)
• locker room renovation (Inner Water Planet)
The works will conducted in two phases so that we can allow hotel guests to use at least one part
of the pool at any time. There is a possibility of restricting access to saunas and swimming pools to
external visitors.

In the period from 05.05. until approximately 15.07., guests of the Water Planet will be able to use
the children's pool with a water city, a swimming pool and a therapeutic pool. In the period of
approximately from 15.07. until 15.09., guests will be able to use only the wellness pool from the
indoor pool complex. The outdoor pools will be open during this entire period.
The works will be conducted in two phases so that guests of the hotel will be able to use at least
one part of the pool and saunas at any time. There is a possibility of limiting entry to saunas and
swimming pools to external visitors. In the summer months when the outdoor pools are open, in
case of rain, the indoor pools will be intended only for hotel guests.
