Les Villages Clubs du Soleil - Arc 1800 Superior
Offering fantastic value for money with its 'all-inclusive' style formula, the Villages Clubs du Soleil at Arc 1800 includes full board, with wine and soft drinks during meals. Meals are served in an all-you-can-eat buffet formula with an ever changing variety of dishes. You can also order picnic lunches if you prefer to eat on the go.
The Villages Clubs du Soleil are family focussed, with a special 'Restopuce' area for children to eat with their friends. There are high chairs, bottle warmers and microwaves for use in the restaurant, and special baby food and milk is available.
Your child will be well catered for! 5 specifically adapted clubs allow them to meet other children of their age and to take part in numerous activities led by qualified licensed monitors: fun skiing discovery, sledging, snow games, snowshoe hikes, shows...
> “Club des Câlins”: nursery for babies between 3 months old and 2 years old
> “Club des Coquins”: nursery for children between 2 and 4 years old
> “Club des Malins”: for children between 4 and 6 years old.
For an early introduction to winter sports the Snow Garden opens six days a week (closed on Sundays) depending on snow conditions. VCS staff take care of beginner children of 4 years old or more. Ski equipment is provided.
> “Club des Copains” for children between 6 and 11 years old opens all day long during French school holiday periods, (closed on Sundays). Outside these periods, closed in the morning.
> “Club Jeunes” for teenagers and pre-teens between 11 and 17 years old: opens all day long during French school holiday periods. Ski excursions for teenagers included. As part of the club's activities, 6 days a week (except on Sundays), 3-hour-long ski excursions for teenagers between 11 and 17 years old (2-star level required) supervised by ESI teachers. Activity delivered for 5 teenagers or more, depending on club's opening periods. (Age groups may vary depending on headcount).
Bedrooms have shower, WC, telephone and flat screen TV. Linen and towels are provided, along with weekly housekeeping. Room sizes are allocated according to the composition of your party.
The 'All Inclusive' offer includes a 6-day lift pass, and at the start of your week adults of a reasonable ski ability can explore the ski area in the company of a ESI instructor for a free half-day. Ski equipment is also included, as are helmets, with the option to upgrade to higher spec skis or boots.
Snowshoe excursions are included (adults only), with a guided hike through the mountain landscape, with all equipment provided.
Ski and freeride lessens for adults and children alike can be organised through the hotel, with fully qualified instructors. Children will be collected at the hotel and returned to the hotel at the end of the day by the instructor.
Free access to the Relaxation and Wellness centre includes sauna, hammam, hot tub, relaxation area, and beauty treatments and massages (for an extra charge). There is a cardio-training gym, offering fitness, and excercise machines.
The friendly staff organise daily dance nights, shows and cabarets to entertain you at the end of the day.
Any registration of a minor child in the “Kids Clubs” during stay is conditional upon sending beforehand a copy of pages from child’s health record regarding vaccinations and proving said child has had all vaccinations considered compulsory on French territory.
