Wildschönau

The villages of Niederau, Oberau & Auffach are set in their own valley – the Wildschönau in the Kitzbühel Alps. It is only 6 km from the Inn Valley motorway and perfectly located for Salzburg, Munich and Innsbruck airports, yet retains its’ peaceful, picturesque charm. The Valley has something for everyone. The children can join the Kid’s Ski Club, teens can speed through the Halfpipe or adults can take advantage of the excellent instruction provided by the 5 local ski schools. Mostly north-facing slopes up to 1900 m and snow cannons guarantee skiing right to the village from December to April.
