Ski holidays in Matrei Kals
The Grossglockner Resort Matreier Goldried ski resort or Kals Matrei is in the upper Isel Valley. Matrei is the main town of the region and of the cosy villages of Prägraten a. G. and Huben. It is close to the corner of the Alps where snow is almost a certainty, so even if there is no snow anywhere else our pistes are well prepared using snow cannons as back up. There is also a 4 seat glass, cable car known as the ("4er-Bubble") for a comforatable lift to the mountain top. Those who would like to can try out the superlative "Cima Ross" run - will enjoy a 12 km long ski - right down to the valley.
