The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a beautiful traditional Austrian home. It features two double bedrooms and a large room with two single beds that can be separated into two bedrooms with a sliding wood door...a great space for singles or children. There are two bathrooms, one with an oversized bathtub, shower and toilet as well as the sauna. The other has a shower and bidet and a separate toilet. The kitchenette is well equipped, the dining bench seats 6 and the living area offers a smart TV as well. Outside you'll find ample space to relax and enjoy the views. There is a large eating table, a hammock and plenty of grass space to enjoy. For skiers, direct access to the piste is less than 10 meters from the patio door. 120 Euro cleaning fee per booking
