The Residence Nemea Le Grand Lodge is situated in the charming French ski resort of Chatel. With traditional mountain architecture, pastures, and forests, it really is a very picturesque area. It is conveniently located only 500 metres from the ski lifts. The commercial centre is also within easy reach, at 800 metres away. There is an abundance of winter activities for all, with over 600 kilometres of slopes spread over different ski areas. At an altitude of 1200m there are great views to enjoy. The chalet building is constructed using lots of natural wood and stone, in keeping with the authentic feel of the area. There are 120 apartments available, in different sizes, that can sleep between two and eight people. Each has either a balcony or a terrace. Apartments comprise a living room with a sofa bed, a private bathroom, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, sauna and hot tub, each offering a great spot to unwind at the end of an active day. There is a laundry service and ski / sports equipment / vehicle hire. Amongst the activities one can enjoy in the area includes skiing, snow boarding, cross country skiing, snow shoe hiking, night skiing, sledding, hiking, cycling, ice skating, ice diving, climbing, ice fishing, and paragliding.
