Our Farm is located on the outskirts ( direktion Kitzbühel) in sunny meadow locatoin. In the Sommer close to the outdoor swimming pool, cycling and hiking trails. in the winter, cross-country ski trail and skibus stop 50 m from the house. our house has 2 comfort rooms with shower/WC and balcony and 2 apartments. skiboot dreyer, fridge for guests, Wifi.
