Our comfortable and cosy guesthouse is located 3 minutes from the centre of St.Martin in a very tranquil and lovely neighbourhood.  We offer 3 lovely appartments in our house. Our large appartment Franz, has got 2 big balconies. Our smaller appartment Resi has a rooftop terrace and our appartment Roman in the basement has got a big terrace facing the garden. 


The garden can be shared by everyone. There`s enough space for barbecues, your kids playing, or you might go tobogganing in the back of the house in winter.  Every appartment is fully equipped.
