In the hamlet "Unter dem Berg" stands in a quiet and sunny location the vacation house Capricorn. The old detached Valais house was totally renovated in 2022. The aim was to preserve the charm of the house and at the same time the apartment was lovingly furnished in a modern style. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a view of the imposing mountains. In the immediate vicinity is the Kreuzboden-Hohsaas cable cars. The bus stop can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Upon arrival you will receive the SaastalCard free of charge. With the SaastalCard you can use the buses in the Saas Valley as well as the cable cars in summer for free. In winter you benefit from various discounts. I, as your host, do everything to make you feel completely comfortable. Visitor's tax summer (01.06. - 31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults/day, CHF 3.50 for children (6 -15.99 years). Visitor's tax winter (01.11. -31.05): CHF 4.50 for adults/day, CHF 2.25 for children (6 -15.99 years). Included in the price are parking spaces and additional costs (energy, water, bed linen, kitchen linen and towels). With the payment of the obligatory visitor's tax, you will receive the attractive SaastalCard in summer directly upon arrival. In winter you can use the post buses / ski buses in the entire Saas Valley free of charge. In summer/autumn the mountain railways and post buses are included from the 1st overnight stay with the SaastalCard! You can therefore use all mountain railways, with the exception of Metro-Alpin, as well as the post buses in the entire Saas Valley without restriction (free of charge). During the summer high season, arrival and departure is strictly only possible on Saturdays!
