Technically up-to-date, WLAN, 55-inch TV with Bluetooth 2.1 Dolby-Sound-System. Lockable Safe in all bedrooms with double bed. The following cancellation conditions are agreed:   - from 14 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price;   - from 3 days before the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total package price Non smoking - The entire apartment complex is a non-smoking area. Our guests can use the ashtray on the terrace or the balconies. Pets are not allowed. The final cleaning of the flat is charged at the agreed rate (usually € 150.00) regardless of the length of stay On the day of departure the apartments must be vacated at least by 10.00 o'clock .
