Beautiful holiday home of approximately 100 m² with a large fenced garden, for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. The apartment is bright, modern, and equipped with all comforts. Entrance with a hallway where skis and shoes can be stored. Entrance with wardrobe. A spacious living room with a separate dining area. Television with satellite reception, a Google Chromecast and Netflix, and free Wi-Fi internet. The separate modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, electric stove, extractor hood, convection oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine, etc. 4 bedrooms. 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and 2 bedrooms each with a single bed. No one has to sleep in the living room! The beds are made for you upon arrival. 2 bathrooms, both with shower, sink, and toilet. Our house is in a wonderfully quiet location with great views and yet only a few minutes' drive from the gondola and the center of Bad Gastein. You can easily park for free at the house. The (ski) bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and the bus can be used for free with the Gastein ski pass. Beautiful walk along the water directly from the house, on the Empress Elisabeth Promenade. The Gastein healing gallery and the cross-country skiing trail are nearby. A few very nice restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket 1.5 km away. Due to our central location between the ski areas of Bad Gastein and Sportgastein, all winter sports activities are easily accessible. The price is inclusive: Heating Electricity and water, but charging a car from the house is not permitted.
