Apartments Pical

Apartment A2 + 1 Ivana and Apartment A2 + 1 Borna (Apartments Pical) are located in the Pical settlement of Poreč, about 500 m from the sea and the famous Poreč Pical beach and about 1000 m from the historic center of Poreč. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor in a house in a residential area with several residential buildings in a row. Other tenants also live in the building. In the immediate vicinity are sports facilities at sea and on land, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, doctor, bank and all other necessities and facilities for guests. There are also hotels and apartment complexes nearby.

The Apartments Pical are two apartments of the same owner, Mrs. Ismeta, who normally lives in one but rents both apartments in the summer.

Parking is allowed in the public parking lot next to the building, which always has enough parking space and there is no additional charge for parking.

The apartments are entered from the common corridor for both apartments, which is accessed from the common staircase of the entire building.

Both apartments have air conditioning and heating if needed.



Apartment A2 + 1 Ivana is approximately 45 m2 in size (with balcony) and has a maximum capacity of 3 people. The apartment enters from the common hall into a smaller hallway of about 2.2 m2. The apartment has one very small bedroom of 6 m2 with 1 double bed for 2 persons. The apartment has a living room of about 17.5 m2 and a kitchen of 9.5 m2. The living room has a sofa with two extra beds for 2 persons for an extra charge. In addition to the living room is a large balcony of about 8 m2. The living room has a satellite TV and WI - FI connection that guests can use freely. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and guests can use the stove (cooktop) and fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Guests also have irons and ironing boards.

The 5 m2 bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.

The apartment has a cot which is given to guests as needed at no charge.

The apartment has one bedroom of 11 m2 with 1 double bed for 2 persons. The apartment has a kitchen with a living room of about 13 m2 . The living room has a sofa . The living room has a satellite TV and WI - FI connection that guests can use freely. The kitchen is in the same room with the living room and guests can use the stove (cooktop) and fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Guests also have irons and ironing boards.
