The house is situated quiet but yet central. Car park, great lawn with swing. Terrace/balcony with chairs and tables. Within 150-200 metres, you'll find: cableway station to go to Hohsaas (3100 metres above sea level, skiing and hiking area), artificial and natural ice rink, cross country track (25 km long), curling, tennis courts, well-maintained mountain bike trails, bus stop for Saas-Fee and Saas Almagell, Vita-Parcours, swimming-pool and stores.
Holiday taxes Summer: CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.
Holiday taxes Winter: CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day.
