You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen after a competitive round of board games. Afterward, you can reflect on your successful day in the mountains with a nightcap on the spacious terrace before falling into the comfortable box spring bed for a restful sleep. THE IDEAL RETREAT Our apartments are located at about 1,250 meters above sea level between Bad Kleinkirchheim (about a 5-minute drive) and St. Oswald (2 minutes) – in the heart of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Nockberge, a true natural paradise! For nature-active vacationers, the apartments offer the perfect base to thoroughly explore the surrounding hiking and mountain biking routes. Refuel in one of the rustic huts with traditional regional delicacies like Carinthian Kasnudln. You will receive all necessary information from us in advance. Before and during your stay, we are always available by phone, email & WhatsApp to help with any questions or concerns. Our personal vacation tip: The weather forecast in the mountains can often be unreliable. Always pack your swimwear in case the weather isn't ideal for hiking. Fortunately, Bad Kleinkirchheim has two wonderful spas, Thermal Römerbad & St. Kathrein Spa, which invite you to enjoy extensive bathing and relaxation in any weather. Your ALPSTAY Hosts, Daniela & Tom Booking: We are not personally on-site and you check in completely flexibly & independently with our digital door lock. The final price includes all local taxes as well as the final cleaning fee for the apartment. You can always request an intermediate cleaning or a change of linens for a small additional fee in advance. Tourist Tax & Guest Registration in advance: The local tourist tax is not included in the final price and will be billed separately. Please pay this before arrival. You will receive the information about this in advance. Since we are not personally on-site, please complete the guest registration online for all accompanying travelers before arrival. You will receive information about this in advance. (We are legally required in Austria to register our guests with the municipality.)  Check-In Information (including code): As soon as we have received the deposit, the tourist taxes, and the personal data for guest registration of all accompanying travelers, you will receive all further important info for your check-in at least 2 days before arrival. This includes the 6-digit code for the digital door lock on-site. Contact & 24/7 Support: During your stay, we are always available via WhatsApp/E-mail or by phone and are happy to help with any questions or concerns. We want to ensure that your vacation with us is as pleasant as possible! Cancellation Policy & Deposit: We offer our guests a free cancellation option up to 1 month before arrival. If we can no longer rent out the apartment, we will charge 100% thereafter. A deposit of at least 20% is due within 7 days of booking. The final payment is due by the day of arrival. Miscellaneous: A basic supply of coffee pads for the coffee machine (Philips Senseo) is provided for the first 1-2 days. You can get more at the nearby supermarket. Diverse types of tea, salt, pepper, sugar & vegetable oil are available. Bedding and towels are, of course, provided. Shampoo, shower gel, and soap are also available. Fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix access are available. Use of the washing machine is free (clothes rack available). Free parking is available for one car. A separate ski and bicycle storage room is available. Pets are not allowed. Any parties and events are not permitted!
