Located on the outskirts of Maria Alm, Alpin Appartements is located a 2-minute walk from the village centre, a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars. As of December 2018, a newly-built cable car is only 150 metres from the property offering direct connection to the Maria Alm - Hochkönig Ski Area. The property has a ski storage room with boot drying facilities. From the 2nd and 3rd week of January and from mid of march until the end of the season (except during the Easter week) ski equipment is available free of charge at Alpin Appartements, and ski passes can also be bought on site. Apartments at the Alpin have a bedroom, free WiFi, a kitchen, microwave, cable TV, bathroom, and a living room. Bike rental and private parking are available on site free of charge. There is a fitness area, and a games room with billiards, tabletop football, and table tennis. A swimming pool, 21-hole golf course, tennis courts are all within 1.5 km of the Alpin Appartements.
