Ski Resorts in France

Skiing in France is a unique experience that every real skier or snowboarder should experience.
High altitude ski resorts, wide ski slopes, fantastic snow records and big ski resorts. Avoid high season (particularly New Year or February french holidays) and you will be surprised how quiet the slopes can be.
There's the whole range of prices, from great value ski holidays starting at as little as 80 GBP per person per week including ski pass in family resorts such as Puy Saint Vincent to the high end, luxurious resorts such as Courchevel, Chamonix, Megeve or Val d’Isere. Top tip when selecting self-catered accommodation in France - it's worth checking the apartment information and size very carefully, as many will have extra beds reducing available space.
We would highly recommend you to book an apartment that has more beds than you actually need, where possible, in order to improve the overall living comfort.
Connections from the airports in France are good on Saturdays, although other days have less regular transport links and it may be best to rent a car or hire a taxi to get to your chosen resort.
